We had an absolutely beautiful and highly recommended experience at this peaceful haven. The family-owned business and the incredibly accommodating Victoria made our stay exceptional. The decor and cleanliness exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast served in our room was a wonderful treat. The calm and select area allowed for a peaceful retreat, yet it was still conveniently located near public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, in a nice area, that is very quiet and good looking. It felt like home throughout the stay and it was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after hours of exploring the city. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I would not recommend the train from Pzza Euclide to Pzza del Popolo, as it is very dirty. Instead, grab a taxi, it is only around 5 Euro and a much nicer experience. Also, the personnel was very nice in the hotel and it really made all the difference in the world

We loved the elegance of the place, the good neighbourhood, the quick access to city center (one train station to Flaminio - Piazza del Popollo). The staff and the manager were very helpfull and service was excellent. As I had no other romantic ideas, I dared to ask Alessandro for a honeymoon-like surprise - a room full of flowers. Alessandro did an excellent job, it was like picking the flowers for my wife by myself. Excellent! We had a great time in Rome and an important part of it is due to Suite Oriani

We had great time there. The housekeeper Victoria was great. Allesandro, the owner, was friendly and charming. The best part of our stay was breakfast delivered in room. Thanks Booked.net for displaying venue like this one.

We traveled with my wife. Very glad that chose this hotel, main reasons: very hospitable personal, hotel location is perfect - no center neigther far from it, only 5 min by train to main sightseeing, hotel has it own style - very pleasant.

Everything was excellent. We loved that it was not located in the very centre. Perfect local restaurants (reservation required).

Great location - easy to get to the city center by local transport or a walk through Borghese park. There are plenty of good local restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was manageable and tailored to what I wanted.
Can't fault this hotel in any way.

The hotel offers a great location, with easy access to key tourist spots and transport links. the rooms are well maintained and offer beautiful views of the city. the staff is helpful and offer great guidance on things to see and do in the area.
The breakfast is a bit on the basic side and could have been more substantial. the shower area could be improved as the water pressure was a bit low.

Victoria (the housemaid) is amazing! Soooo friendly and helpful. The Guesthouse is located in a very safe, lovely area. The room was gorgeous, with a large bathroom and a cute balcony. We could park our car for free and it was very close to a train station and cafes etc. Breakfast is excellent, privately delivered on a tray to your room! We would definitely stay here again whenever we are next in Rome. Overall, fantastic!

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.
There's nothing that needs improvement, everything was perfect.
